Frequently Asked Questions

We cater for all types of private events on private property; we do not attend public spaces, parks and reserves.

Our minimum charge is $1,000.00 based on 50 guests. $20 per person thereafter.  

A standard service is 3 hours including one waiter -1 hour to set up and 2 hours for service.

We can do large crowds of say 80+ guests, feel free to make an enquiry and we will do our best to accomodate.

We will send a quote based on the enquiry made and a booking form. 

To secure the booking we require a 25% deposit along with the completed and signed booking form.

A confirmation email and an invoice based on the number of guests indicated on the booking form will be sent upon receipt of the deposit.

If there are any changes made, we will review the quote and reissue the invoice.

We will call 7 days prior to the event to confirm guest numbers, menu selection and dietary requirements.  

Please Note: We cater for the number of guests confirmed, if numbers increase on event day without prior notice we will only have enough for the numbers advised.

Note: We will do our best to cater for dietary requirements however we can only cater for food intolerance, not food allergies due to potential cross-contamination.  

We will ask about special dietary requirements on our booking form and when we confirm numbers and selections one week prior to the event.

We are based in the Northern suburbs of Perth and pricing includes travel.  

We are happy to travel to the Southern suburbs or Perth hills, however a surcharge may apply depending on time and distance.

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking 

Please Note: Due to multiple enquiries for the same day especially during peak times, we cannot guarantee that the date will still be available if deposit is not received. 

Full payment needs to be made no later than 3 business days before the event.

Deposits will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled with less than 30 days notice.  

50% of the full payment will be refunded if cancellation is made one or two days before the event.

Please appreciate that we are a small family business and may have turned away other business for the same date.

Closer to the event, we will have made the dough and purchased perishable food which will need to be discarded.

In the summer months and in the case of  a Total Fire Ban we will apply for an exemption from DFES and relevant local government to attend the event.  This however will depend on access to water, size of the area and distance from bushland and parks.  A TFB (Total Fire Ban) is declared after 6pm, the evening before it takes effect;  we will monitor this before the event and you can also call the TFB hotline 1800 709 355 or visit https://www,emergency.wa.gov.au

In the winter months and in the case of wet weather conditions we will do our best to make the event happen depending on the site and shelter from rain.  

If the area is deemed unsuitable due to heavy rain and storms or if a TFB Exemption is not received, we will refund payments made in full for the last minute cancellation of the event due to these unforeseen circumstances.

We need a location approximately 5x5sqm to allow for the pizza trailer, preparation area and service set up. We mark the zone with witches hats for health and safety reasons.

We need access to electricity to plug in an extension cord for a refrigerator and access to a hose connected to water supply in case of emergency.

Please note: We do not do a drive-by to ensure the suitability of the venue, however we will do a google search to give us an idea of the location and set up requirements.  We reserve the right to not accept the booking should the area be deemed unsafe and unsuitable.
