A maximum 3 hours with one waiter is included in a standard booking,
1 hour to set up & 2 hours for service. Call to discuss or enquire below.
We will send a quote and a booking information form. Booking is confirmed once a 25% deposit and completed form is received.
We contact you one week prior to confirm numbers, selections, dietary requirements (see Disclaimer on menu page) and finalise payment.
The dough is made and the produce is purchased a day or two before the event to ensure the freshest ingredients are served.
All ingredients are covered and stored separately in a refrigerator, kept cold during travel and placed in a refrigerated Bain Marie at the event. The dough is stretched on site and toppings are arranged on pizzas before being placed in a readily hot oven.
We hold a current Food Act 2008 Certificate and all staff are knowledgable and comply with Food Safety Principles & Procedures.
We will arrive at your event one hour early to prepare and get the oven nice and hot. We will set up in the front yard or driveway.
We put together three trestle tables for food preparation and a washing station for cleaning , ensuring the area is maintained in a sanitary condition throughout the service.
Our pizza oven is mounted on a trailer and will fit on most driveways. We will need enough space to allow for the trailer, a marquee and trestle tables; approximately an area 5x5 metres.
Our waiter will pass the pizzas around on rotation during the designated time. If you prefer buffet style, the pizzas can be placed on your tables.
Towards the end of the service we will leave complimentary takeaway boxed pizzas for your guests to enjoy later in the evening.
We ensure that your premises are left in a clean and tidy state.
